Reaching out for counseling does not mean you are crazy! Life is difficult and there is not a single person on this planet who hasn't had difficult times. Asking for help is a big step, but I am here to help you one step at a time. Are you experiencing a life transition such as divorce or a possible career change that seems nearly impossible to work through? I am here to help you navigate through what might seem like an impossible task. Maybe you're doing okay now, but past childhood or relationship trauma is affecting your current relationships. Whatever the problem may be, I am here to walk beside you through those difficult times. I don't believe that any one model of therapy works perfectly for every client. That would be like trying to place the same stereotype to a specific gender, race, or otherwise, when that is simply unfair. I have 14 plus years of experience working with various issues. I see clients ages 18 and up. Come as you are! While I believe in being professional, I also pride myself on being genuine and down to earth. I am not here to judge you, as life is all about overcoming challenges and we all have them.
